hi Roger, welcome. you have already had lots or great stuff so I'll just 
add a couple of things (assuming your Florida weather might be similar 
to our own down here). You might consider a dehumidifier and maybe add a 
porch so you can sit a while on a rocker on a nice sunny winter day.
