	While not as convenient a target as Norm for porch banter, I've
always thought the attiude of the TV *character* Tim, The Tool Man, Taylor
(played by comedian Tim Allen) is meant as a satirical sendup of the macho
assumption that more power is always better--from lawn mowers to Xmas
lights to garbage disposals to belt sandahs (like when he ground the latter
right through a chunk of pl*wood). Since the *character* Tim Taylor always
manages to make a pretty complete fool of himself by such antics, I sorta
figure he is one of Galootdom's best allies.  :-)

Just Say, Bob Vila has already satirized his own self by drag racing Tim
Taylor with rider mowers, so maybe we could get Bob to challenge Norm to a
Band Saw Buzzoff, or a Router Ramble, or a Table Saw Toe to Toe, etc.
