O.K., Here's my bio.

My name is Joe Palazzolo and I live in Fort Wayne, Indiana, with my wife, 
Carol, two daughters, Andrea and Isabelle, and two dogs, Maddie and Lucy.  
That makes if five females to one male, if you're keeping score.  I was 
attracted to woodworking thanks to a couple of friends named Roy and Norm.  
I've also got a couple of new friends named Joe and Ed who have provided some 
inspiration (and laughs).  There may be some norm-bashers out there, but I 
believe that the guy has done a lot to raise the national woodworking 
consciousness level.  We've all got to start somewhere, right?

Anyway, as an engineer who enjoys history and woodworking, it seems only 
natural that I eventually stumble onto the porch.  I've got a small 
collection of hand tools, a few tailed apprentices, and a basement that's 
half-finished.  I've built the usual tables, blanket chest, quilt hangers, 
sled for the kids, etc.  

I've ordered my Galoot hat, attended an auction, visited garage sales and 
antique shops, and anguished about that crate full of moulding planes that my 
neighbor had out for his garage sale a couple of years ago.  

I think I'm ready to come aboard.
