Hello old toolers.  I am gonna drop in for a short time cuz school is
starting up again next week and I coach my sons Soccer team so free time aint
cheap.   I got hooked on old tools when grandpa died and dad let me pick over
his workshop.  I use old tools, I do not collect them.  I also like new tools
also if they did not make them decades ago...
I am not strictly a hand tool person, I use the right tool for the job, with
the time I have to  perform the task.  This is to say that I have a 50+ year
old #7 and a brand new Delta Planner.  I have a 60 year old jack, a newer #4
Record and a Stanley 92 and a Record 073 and a few other speciality planes.
 My day job pays some bills and provides medical insurance and $ for tools
and wood.  I am pleased to make and make to please.  I generally do not sell
my work, which is to say I build for myself or others and as presents.  While
I am here I want to thank you for the information and knowledge I will gain.
 I certainly have learned more from wreck.WW than any library.
